Shipping & Delivery

The Cinderellahair warehouse is located in Santa Fe Springs, California and we ship orders the same day when received by 2:00pm Pacific Time when placed Monday through Friday. We currently only ship in the continental United States.

Delivery Options

• Ground (4-5 Business Days):- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery.
• 2nd Day Delivery (2 Business Days):- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery.
• Overnight Delivery (Next Business Afternoon):- Next-business-day delivery by 5:00 li.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 li.m. to residences. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Some rural or remote areas can take longer. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
• Priority Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day):- Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon to most residences. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. Exact time of delivery is not guaranteed. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Shipping Rates

There are four flat rates for FedEx shipping. If a signature is requested/required an additional $9.95 charge will be applied.

• Ground (4-5 Business Days): $13.95
• 2nd Day Delivery (2 Business Days): $14.95
• Overnight Delivery (Next Business Afternoon): $50
• Priority Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day): $75

Important Shipping Information

Incomplete address information (such as Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) will delay the delivery of your order so please double check the accuracy of your address. We will be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please call us at 1-800-332-9246 for assistance to see if we can correct the address on an order if you have placed it incorrectly.

Tracking Your Package

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email shipment confirmation. This email will contain a shipment tracking number so you can track the status of your order.
