I release and discharge Cinderellahair Extensions from any and all claims that may arise from the installation of Cinderellahair Extensions on my client(s) for any damage foreseen and unforeseen. I accept full and complete responsibility for any and all claims that may arise from the installation of Cinderellahair Extensions on any of my client(s). I understand that all and any Cinderellahair Extensions products are to be used with the Cinderellahair Extensions system.
